She is like a spirit from another dimension. I'm talking about the South Korean picture book artist Baek Heena. A more humble language superhero than her is something you have to look for. In 2020, she was awarded with the ALMA Prize and I can see her handmade miniature figures cheering. We meet for half an hour at the Book Fair in Gothenburg and are captured by how serious and playful our conversation is, at the same time.
