Description
Gio is recapping an anime where a royal police team is tasked with finding a serial murderer known only as Killer "B" in the first plot line. Here, brilliant investigator Keith Flick returns to the police service after an extended absence, and the plot of this narrative is propelled by his steely stare and dispassionate resolve. In the second, concurrent storyline, strange teenager Koku battles with a group of enigmatic, face-painted characters while learning more about the Black Wing King mythology.
