"JR" joined the show to talk about his upcoming New Japan Pro Wrestling gig, CM Punk's decision to sign with the UFC, and other odds and ends from professional wrestling and mixed martial arts. Griffin joined the show to go over year-end MMA awards with Bruce. Including fighter of the year, fight of the year, knockout of the year, and many others. Forrest also discusses his life as a retired mixed martial artist and fatherhood.
