Description
Brett Carroll is a Knoxville native and Bearden High School graduate. Brett received a baseball scholarship to Middle Tennessee State University where he was a 1st team All-Conference player and was drafted in 2004 during his junior year by the Florida Marlins.
His professional career spanned over 11 years. His first big league home run came against hall-of-fame pitcher, Randy Johnson.
