War has ended and a new day dawns. But in the city beneath the black sun there is always danger around every corner. The survivors settle into peace but can still never know safety. The shadows’ teeth lengthen every day.
The city is gone.

The survivors press onward in pursuit of something like hope. But this is not the world in which they have thrived for so long.
But they are also no longer the people they once were.
