A podcast with all speakers below the age of 30 definitely screams youth power! In this episode we explore how youth have been modifying and adapting to mediation culture around the world. Interesting points of discussion such as the importance of networking and the concept of peer meditation are discussed. Bode also shares his journey as a youth mediator in Bacons College thereby opening the floor for discussion on how the change in dispute resolution culture from an adversarial to a facilitative process starts with the youth. This podcast also explores the concept of mediation internships and how youngsters can be included more in this rapidly growing field.
