We did all the fall things—pumpkin patches, halloween decor, and let’s just say the child has more stamina than I’ve ever had in my life. Also, I dragged Mark along for some pumpkin picking which HE LOVED.
Then, because I’m me, I dive into my list of spooky movie picks—because what would October be without them? (Hint: Boring.) Naturally, I also blab about the usual life stuff and whatever else popped into my brain at the time. You know how it goes.
Finally, I close things out with a mini-crime story about one of the creepiest, unsolved mysteries ever—the Villisca Axe Murders. If you’re not familiar, prepare to be freaked out by what went down in that little house in Iowa back in 1912. I promise, you’ll be locking your doors tonight.
