Today we celebrate Randy Newman's 80th birthday with a bonus episode. Of course, it is about the long collaboration between Ry Cooder and Randy Newman that started in the late 60s and lasted almost thirty years. It's another Warner Brothers connection that has produced numerous albums ("12 Songs", "Sail Away") and concerts, but surprisingly only one movie ("Performance").
