Description

Cougs Care, BYU's student-athlete development program, plays a vital role in supporting local charities and giving back to the community. Through various initiatives, BYU athletes contribute their time and energy to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

One of the primary ways Cougs Care benefits local charities is by organizing community service events. Athletes participate in activities such as food drives, volunteering at homeless shelters, and visiting hospitals to cheer up sick children. These events not only help the charities but also foster a sense of community and social responsibility among the athletes.

Additionally, Cougs Care may partner with local charities to raise funds or awareness for specific causes. Athletes may participate in fundraising events, donate signed memorabilia, or simply lend their name to charitable initiatives. By leveraging their influence and popularity, BYU athletes can help these organizations achieve their goals and make a lasting difference in the community.

Through these efforts, Cougs Care empowers BYU athletes to become active and engaged citizens, making a positive impact on the community and inspiring others to give back.
