So much to talk about this week as we start to come to the end of 2024. I have learned so much and I want to share some things with you that have been coming into perspective over the last few weeks.
We got a backyard ultra coming on December 14th. Let's talk about how that's going to shake out.
Lastly let's start looking ahead to our next big ultra marathon.
