Description

We have all experienced instances of bad/reckless driving – drivers weaving in and out of traffic lanes at a high rate of speed, passing in the medians or turn lanes, driving without your lights on in the near dark, following too closely, brake checking people - basically being aggressive drivers. And potentially doing all of that while distracted or impaired.

These driving behaviors can be characterized as "wanton" or having a careless disregard for the safety of others. You can hear attorney Bryan Comer explain the ways we can try to avoid being hurt by these bad drivers, and how to make sure you have appropriate insurance coverage if you are in an accident.
