The remaining eight bakers tackle a troublesome challenge: pastry week. The heat is on and the butter must stay chilled as our intrepid contestants face a Danish pastry signature, a classic Derbyshire technical and a fiddly filo showstopper. Who hasn't laminated their layers? Who's dough has lost its rise? And who's got a soggy bottom? Join Sarah, Howard, Jane and special guest Val Stones as they discuss the pitfalls of pastry week.
