Discord battle requested of Bandits vs Ogres with a CR draft of 4. After reviewing the monster CRs (as is my process) there are some changes to each: Bandits CR 1/8 ► 1/4, Captain is CR 3 if you use full multiattack, Ogre CR 2 ► 1 which is fixed with stronger weapons. After applying these CR changes, we have 8 CR 1/4 Bandits (CR 2), one Bandit Captain CR 2 (no full melee multiattack), and 2 CR 2 Ogres. Big brutes vs lots of crossbow bolts and scimitars.
