Barbara’s Bio
Ms. Phillips has been dedicated to the community for the last 30 years serving in various capacities in the Kent School District and the City of Kent. She was one of several individuals that founded CNC and continues to serve as the Executive Director. Barbara worked for the Federal Aviation Administration for 27 years and holds a master’s degree in project management and B.S. in Workforce Education and Development.
As the Executive Director she develops and manages youth programs, collaborates with organizations that benefit youth and their families. She continues to build alliances with schools, industry, and government offices to promote programming.
