3 Hours of Rain and Thunder sounds with the earth's frequency 7.83 Hz embedded, as well as Solfeggio frequency 147 Hz which is said to provide deep relaxation and healing to the body. I also made a binary beat out of the two frequencies, and that range is said to bring a relaxing warmth to the body. So, I figure - good for sleep and overall relaxation. Please enjoy!
