On a simpler picture, when I started my small luxury inn,  I listed all the furnishings per room: 

Beds, dressers, chairs, linens, drapes, end tables.  Private bathrooms: towels, wash cloths, hand towels, soaps, shampoos, bath matts, robes, sheets, duvet, blankets, shower curtains, door hangers, window treatments, small tables in bathrooms and shelving in the bathrooms, televisions, then the great room and the diningroom, kitchen, sittingrooms.. DETAILS DETAILS DETAILS!.. THAT WAS JUST THE FURNISHING START UP COSTS.

Take that information and insert it into Sandra's Budgeting below that pertains to YOUR BUSINESS as each start-up expenditure is different.
