Back to basics for self care this Holiday season. There are so many stressors from family to jobs to this ding dang cold weather and less sun!!! Here are 4 simple tips to remember when moving through this busy time.
And if you can't spare 12 minute of your life remember this:
1. Sleep 8 hours and reduce screen time before bed
2. Drink water. I'm talking 8-16 glasses a day.
3. Eat your rainbow- diverse, fresh, healing, medicinal food.
4. Set healthy boundaries. Tune in to your feelings.
