Today in the guest chair we have Francesca Balthazar, the owner of Styles by Chesca. Francesca graduated with a bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida, with goals of becoming a licensed clinical psychologist. Realizing that life had other plans, she decided to take a leap of faith and pursued her childhood dream of being a stylist. In just a year she was able to grow an impressive clientele base and establish herself in a salon. She now serves in her purpose to elevate and empower women by making them feel beautiful.
