Description

“If a woman wants to get up and speak her truth, and this feels authentic to her, she should be allowed to do that without any judgment from anybody! She should be allowed to get out there and just BE her.”

This week on the Fierce as F*ck Podcast, I am bringing the heat on why you should ALWAYS remain true to yourself, no matter your gender, what others may think of you, be your authentic self!

I am so sick and tired of women getting sh*t on for showing up as their true authentic selves. My entire life, I have been told to act a certain way. I have been told because I am a woman, I cannot do things. I have been told because I am a woman, I should not burp out loud. I shouldn't be loud. I shouldn't curse.

When people dictate how we can show up because of what’s between our legs, it’s total bullsh*t. That’s why so many online coaches come into this space and they are terrified of authenticity. They are terrified of how they’re going to be judged because of how they look, act, and speak. Do we do that to men? No, men can show up any way shape or form, and that’s okay but we should be given that same permission.

The most powerful thing in the entire world is when YOU find your true authentic self. Once you find that, never let her go. That is why we exist and we are on this planet, to find that person and be her always. No matter what.
