Elena Hoffer is passionate about helping early career researcher finding full filling careers outside of academia. She received her PhD from Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden in November 2023. During her PhD she organized careers session for PhDs and postdocs to help them to understand their options after academia. Since 2024, she is running the company Alma.Me which equips early career researchers with tools and knowledge to empower them in their transition.
