Welcome to this weeks episode of the Flip The Mindset Podcast, a platform of hope for people who struggle with the pressures of modern day society.
This weeks guests are Bash The Entertainer and Biggs Chris. I've been waiting for a while to get these two on and it was a pleasure and privilege to be able to sit down and chat with these two guys.
We spoke about a lot but I had so much more I wanted to talk to the guys about that I think we will need to do a second episode. We spoke a lot about race and what its been like for us all with our different perspectives and experiences, growing up and living in Scotland and sharing a few experiences of racism and coming face to face with ignorance.

I'd like to thank both the guys for coming in and speaking so openly about their experiences and we even managed a good few laughs even though we were tackling a serious subject.
