Meet Ben who is a Senior Case Officer in a current serving MP's Office. We are not taking political sides in this podcast! We thought we would listen to Ben and better understand what he does. We hear about some of the requests from constituents that come into an MP's office asking for help. You will be surprised at what people ask an MP to help them with. Importantly we find out how a hard working MP often provides that last opportunity for a member of their constituency when in dire need.
