Amy Brooke is a CPA and real estate investor who began her journey at 19 in the UK and has since built a thriving multifamily portfolio across Ontario with her husband, Nigel. Together, they’ve explored a wide range of investment strategies from BRRRRs and flips to short-term rentals, industrial conversions, and ground-up development. After leaving behind her corporate finance career, Amy leaned fully into real estate and entrepreneurship, co-founding a growing property management company and building a business that aligns with her lifestyle.
