Ali Boone is a real estate investor and lifestyle entrepreneur. Ali left her corporate 9-to-5 “dream job” as an Aerospace Engineer to start her real estate investing company, Hipster Investments, which was able to facilitate over $18M in real estate investment transactions in it’s first five years of business. Her personal real estate portfolio started with buying five properties in her first 18 months of investing using only creative financing methods.
Ali’s primary focus in real estate, revolves around passive income and passive investment options, such as turnkey rental properties.
She has written 170 articles on BiggerPockets, the world’s leading real estate investing website, and she’s been featured in Fox Business, The Motley Fool, and Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine.
