BIll was raised in a solid supportive family. He played a lot of hockey into his teen years. In his adult years became a bodybuilder and pursued a career in the IT industry. After 30+ years in the IT industry he decided to retire. For the last 17 years he has focused on studies and real life experience in health and fitness. Bill was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis in the spring of 2000 and successfully came off all medication on December 25th, 2010. He has been free of AS ever since that day. To overcome AS he experimented with different diets and lifestyle changes until he found the triggers for his symptoms. Since recovering from AS he is determined to help other AS sufferers as well as people with autoimmune diseases. He is a certified Primal Health Coach and Certified Raw Food Nutritionist and his mission is to leverage his education, knowledge and experience to assist others with these diseases.
