A private members' bill to legalise assisted dying has been published ahead of the first debate on the issue at the end of this month. The Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill is being introduced by Kim Leadbeater MP, who says it will contain "the strictest protections and safeguards of any legislation anywhere in the world".
