Today on Yoga | Birth | Babies we have one of my favorites: a community birth story. My guest today is Allie Dunbar. Allie is an Actor, writer, producer and entrepreneur from Toronto, Canada. She lives in New York City with her husband Hamish and their amazing baby boy Monty.
