I am glad that my perspective is changing, evolving and become more inclusive. 

Stress management is very personal and often requires different strategy for different people.  What works is what you do consistently, daily. 

One 90-min workshop will create short term effect, will get you curious maybe, will show you what's possible, but will not create change. 

Change comes with consistency. 

If you feel like your anxiety levels are constantly high – ask yourself what is the one smallest thing you can do / not do, and stick to it.
