Oh Chicago! In the aftermath of Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson declaring ICE free zones within the city, he started to go off on a rant about how the extreme right wants a "rematch of the Civil War". This prompted one of the rare moments that the Ringmaster James T. gets his hands on his Black Card to respond to this asinine comment.
