Black Lives Matter
Description
This episode is all about how Black Lives MATTER. We were fortunate enough to get the leader of the Naarm (Melbourne) Black Lives Matter protest movement, Meriki Onus, on to chat. We specifically look at how police brutality, the detention system and racism impacts Aboriginal people, and the ways we, as white women, can be better allies.
A content warning particularly for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders that this episode contains names and conversations about those who have died.
