Martin Kittredge, a 75-year-old Bloomsday legend, has completed the Spokane race nearly 50 times, despite age and injuries. Hes had knee surgeries, including full replacements, and once walked the course in under 2 hours after surgery. His personal best was 44 minutes in 1984. A lifelong bachelor and former auditor, hes turned Bloomsday into a family tradition. Despite virtual years, hes continued to walk the course solo.
