Join me for a relaxing Bodyscan meditation. No music. Raw and homegrown. If things are feeling a bit much ... or maybe you just can’t get back to sleep then try this out. You will be amazed how effective a simple body scan can be. Appreciate the magic of the body as it naturally drops into a place of tranquility.
