A couple of months ago, we traveled to Morton, Illinois to visit Brad Kniep and his team to check out their recently-installed drive-through rental counter (check out our YouTube channel for more on that soon). While we were there, I talked with Brad about a few new evolutions in his rental experience and asked for some lessons learned from the processes.
He recently:
- Upgraded his software from Expert to Elite
- Added Point of Rental One
- Reorganized his businesses from two general rental businesses in different cities to industry-centric ones based out of one location
- Merged with an event rental business
