Customs and border protection is changing some traffic lanes at the San Ysidro port of entry. Today, more voting centers will open across San Diego County ahead of the November 4th special election. San Diego police are offering a $1,500 reward for anyone who shares a tip that leads to an arrest after a memorial to a fallen officer was vandalized.
