Bored With Your Runs? Create A Fun Run!

#353 - Every runner at some moment gets bored with our training. Maybe we're running the same routes, maybe we feel like nothing is ever changing, maybe we just feel "blah" when we head out for a run. I did an earlier episode how to make running more exciting if we get the Blahs, but this week, I'm focusing on one small part of that previous episode by giving you suggestions how to turn your training runs into "fun runs". It's not hard and may bring a new spark to your training! The medal in the picture is from a virtual race I did in 2020!
I also have a website and app I want to suggest to help you plot out your running routes. I have no association with either of them, I just like them better than the others I've tried.
