Oaxaca Sunshine

• 1½ shots / 45 ml / 1½ oz Del Maguey Crema de Mezcal


• ½ shot / 15 ml / ½ oz Cointreau


• 1 bar-spoon sugar syrup


• 2 dashes grapefruit bitters


• Shake all ingredients with ice and strain in to a cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit zest twist.
