Box Breathing | A 5-minute Guided Meditation
Description
Today’s session will strictly be on breath work, specifically a method called box breathing. This method is really easy to remember and easy to use throughout your day when you need to calm your body and mind. Box breathing is when you inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, and repeat. If you have difficulty with 4 seconds, you can modify it to 2 or 3 seconds per step. Let's begin.
