Bracketology Update: UM New Overall #1 Seed, MSU Moves Up to 2 Seed

December 5, 2025: A lot of movement in the seed list since we last had a show. The new number one overall seed is Michigan who joins Duke, Arizona, and Purdue on the one line. Two seeds are Michigan State, Iowa State, Vanderbilt, and UConn. BYU, Alabama, Houston, and Gonzaga are the 3s with Kansas, UNC, Louisville, and Tennessee rounding things out at the 4.
The conference rankings are just about set. Dom has the Big Ten leading the way over the Big 12, SEC, ACC, and then Big East. However, if one just used NET rankings the SEC might be the most consistently deep leagues just without any teams at the top.
