Today’s meditation blends intentional breathwork with mindfulness to help you release tension and cultivate deep awareness. We’ll begin by focusing on belly breathing, expanding your breath through your ribs and chest, and then allowing it to flow naturally. As we settle into stillness, we’ll expand our awareness to the sensations in the body and sounds nearby. By the end of this practice, you’ll feel more grounded, refreshed, and connected to the present moment.
