This week on REDBLACKS Unfiltered we are joined by Brendan Gillanders to discuss his football career from playing Peewee with the Cumberland Panthers, to USports with the Ottawa Gee-Gees and playing in the first Panda Game in the modern era to coming home and playing professional football with the Ottawa REDBLACKS.
We also discuss Brendan's approach to fitness , recovery and nutrition (which does in fact, include pizza), his work in the community including coaching the first ever all girls high school football game in Ottawa.
