Brevo, a Paris-based CRM company, has become a unicorn, valued over $1B, after raising $583M. CEO Armand Thiberge aims to make the U.S. half of Brevos revenue. Brevo has surpassed $100M ARR and plans to reach €1B by 2030, investing €50M in AI over 5 years. Management and employees hold 26%, with General Atlantic and Oakley Capital each acquiring 25%.
