Originally from South Africa, Rabbi Tatz began his career in medicine, practicing in both South Africa and Israel. Rabbi Tatz redirected his path toward Torah learning and has since become a leading voice in Jewish philosophy and ethics.
He is the founder and director of the Jerusalem Medical Ethics Forum, and his published works, including Living Inspired, Worldmask, The Thinking Jewish Teenager’s Guide to Life, and Letters to a Buddhist Jew, have been translated into multiple languages and continue to inspire readers globally.
Now based in London, Rabbi Tatz continues to teach and inspire Jews both locally and worldwide on Jewish thought, medical ethics and more.
