I love so many of these ideas: one I love especially is the Mood Library, a list of positive books, films, podcasts to turn to when you need a boost. I love my Happyplace book for this: it's like a commonplace notebook but just filled with quotes, extracts, poems and especially lists of the things that keep me happy and hyggely in my life.
