I am so excited to bring you an interview with one of my Collective members. I haven't done an interview on the pod for quite a while and Fliss is joining me today as Collective member of the month.

Fliss is an Emotional Wellbeing and Empowerment Coach. A background as a qualified Life Coach and Inclusion Specialist created the perfect partnership of experience for her to be able to create impact in the Emotional Wellbeing space. 


After a personal trauma and living with chronic health conditions Fliss decided that it was time to start her journey into the world of wellness. Turning tragedy into a way to support others she created Co Design with Fliss.
