He has developed and delivered impactful training programs for established organizations and top brands across diverse industries. As the founder of the Community of Learning (Singapore), a thriving community that promotes lifelong learning and the kampong spirit, with over 5,300 leaders and professionals from more than 99 cities worldwide, Steven has played a key role in fostering collaboration and growth through communities. In 2018-2019, he served as the lead for the Facebook Community Leadership Circle Singapore.
