Dr. Van Bailey (they/them/theirs) is an award-winning educator and consultant. Their speeches, content, and workshops relate to LGBTQ+ equity, mental health, and belonging in the workplace. They have experience overseeing offices that address implicit bias, LGBTQ+ equity, and diversity and inclusion. As a past director for diversity and inclusion, they have spoken on the importance of gender equity, authenticity, and belonging in the workplace.
