Description

If you were told that you could build mental toughness, integrity, and consistency in a 75 day period, would you do it? Ryan and I were asked this question when we were presented with Andy Frisella's 75 Hard Program, which is 75 consecutive days of no cheat meals, two 45 minute workouts each day, drinking a gallon of water, reading 10 pages of a nonfiction book, and taking a progress picture. In this episode, we talk about the valuable lessons that we learned from this program and what YOU can do to build these skills (whether you decide to do the program or not)
