As a student of Woodford County Public Schools, Kids Win when they are able to seek diverse perspectives and respond to feedback to achieve common goals. In this episode, Superintendent Adkins joins students from Simmons Elementary to discuss what it means to be a Reflective Collaborator and to contribute and share ideas with their classmates. Along with his students, Principal Albert shares a little insight on how Simmons Elementary staff are demonstrating their ability to be Reflective Collaborators to help Kids Win in Woodford County Public Schools.
