Shannon has been building the Treasure Valley since 1999 and has completed projects from Police departments, fire stations, city halls, a long list of office buildings, Industrial flex space and residential real estate valued at over $100M. His goal is to always make sure projects cover clients and partners needs and goals and develop projects that meet and exceed those goals. He has also been an owner in 8 other businesses from transportation to mortgage and restaurants but has always made his way back to developing and passive income cash flow.
