Victoria Sgro is the founder of Kahiau Bakery & Cafe. After moving to Hawaii, Victoria found a love beyond baking pastries. After returning back to the states, Victoria decided to share her new lifestyle as a Vegan with others. Yep, she opened up a Vegan cafe. Victoria brings the flavor and presentation to healthier food options. Not Vegan, no worries as she will definitely find a dish to excite you.
